Automatic Renewal: At the end of each Contract Period, your subscription will automatically renew for another 12-month term unless you provide notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
Refund Policy
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.
- Non-Refundable Payments: After the 30-day refund period, all payments made are non-refundable. This includes the full contract amount and any renewal charges.
- Renewal Charges: Renewal payments for ongoing contracts are non-refundable. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.
Cancellation Policy
- Early Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the 12-month Contract Period, no refund will be issued for the remaining duration of the contract. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation Notice: To cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice via email to our support team. Cancellations will only be processed upon confirmation of receipt by our team.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the software for any unlawful purposes or to engage in activities that may harm the service, its users, or the company.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through in-app notifications. Continued use of the software after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileClouding.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the software.
