Upload files
Use the upload action to add files from your device. Keep the app open until the progress indicator completes. If an upload pauses, check your connection and try again.
Preview and download
Images and PDF files can be previewed in the app. Office documents and other unsupported formats may need to be downloaded and opened in a compatible app.
Share securely
Create a public link for a file or folder when you need to share it. Add password protection for an extra layer of control, and only share links with people you trust.
Common questions
Why can’t I preview a document?
The app supports previews for common image formats and PDFs. If a preview is unavailable, download the file and open it with an app that supports its format.
Why is my upload taking a long time?
Large files and slower connections can take longer. Keep FileClouding open, confirm that your internet connection is stable, and make sure your account has available storage.
How much storage do I have?
Your account includes up to 5 GB of storage. You can check current usage inside the app. Delete files you no longer need if you are approaching the limit.
How do I delete my account?
Open your account or profile settings in the FileClouding App and choose the account deletion option. Follow the confirmation steps shown. If you cannot access your account, contact support from the email address connected to it.
The app is not responding. What should I do?
- Check your internet connection.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Install the latest available version.
- Restart your device and try again.
