To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 30 days from the date of the initial purchase.
Refund Process
- Request Submission:Â To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at refund@fileclouding.com with your purchase details, including your order number and reason for the refund.
- Refund Approval:Â Once we receive your request, our team will review your case and process the refund if the request is made within the 30-day refund period.
- Refund Timeline:Â Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Refund requests made after the 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.
- Renewal payments and subsequent charges after the initial 30-day period are non-refundable.
- If the software has been misused or used for illegal activities, no refunds will be provided, even within the 30-day period.
Subscription Cancellations
Our subscription plans have a 12-month commitment period.
If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the 12-month contract, you will not be eligible for a refund. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not incur further charges.
Any cancellation with the 30 days period is refundable.
